Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Zomo is an app for playing and learning Oware, operated by Dukunu Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using Zomo you agree to these terms. They are short, and most of them are about treating other players well.
Playing with other people
When you play online, other players see your display name, and you can invite other players and be invited by them. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not:
- choose a display name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, or that pretends to be someone else, including Zomo or Dukunu;
- harass, threaten, bully or spam other players, including by sending them unwanted invitations;
- try to get around the app’s name filter, limits or blocks.
Reporting and blocking
If another player bothers you, you can report them or block them from the menu in an online game. Blocking stops either of you inviting the other. We read every report and aim to respond within 24 hours.
What we may do
If an account breaks these terms, we may rename its display name, stop it changing its name for a while, and suspend or delete the account. We may do this without warning where a player’s safety is at risk.
Your information
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
